The first time I worked out with Ramsdell, I was blown away by his method of conditioning. He targeted working on my core strength and stamina. It was not like old-fashioned training that was used only to improve looks, but a real approach geared towards strengthening one’s individual weaknesses. I didn’t need to work on short bursts of power; that I already have. Taylor took me into deep water where I was gasping and improving my stamina for cardio. His focus on helping me to identify and strengthen my own weaknesses really helped my confidence to keep going when there was nothing left in my gas tank.
